MS-TCDC is a Training Centre for Development Cooperation in Eastern and Southern Africa. TCDC is located close to Arusha in Tanzania. 
Where the main focus on the Global Platforms is Global Citizen Training targeting youth, the overall focus on the TCDC is Governance Training targeting professionals.
The TCDC courses focus on enhancing ActionAid staff and their partners who work in the area of governance as well as other organisations’ ability to work in areas of good governance & democracy or related advocacy themes.
Furthermore the TCDC courses focus on strengthening the internal governance of development organisations. In addition to this TCDC also offers tailor made courses and courses in Swahili.
